How much do you charge for general plumbing services?

For general plumbing services we charge $100 per hour plus materials and GST (Monday to Friday during business hours). Blocked sewers and certain equipment hire incurs added fees and charges. All prices are explained clearly prior to booking. Please call us on 0418 427 670 for any enquiries.

Do you charge a call out fee?

No, there are no hidden fees or charges. We charge $100 per hour (plus GST and materials) and after the first hour we charge in half hourly blocks.

Are you licensed?

Yes our NSW licence number is 223083C.

Are you insured?

Yes. Our Public liability is $10,000,000.

Will you be on time?

Yes, and we call half an hour before we will arrive or as requested.

What are the payment options?

Neowhouse and Co Plumbing Services post or email your invoices as requested. the options to pay include cheque, credit card, EFTPOS, and bank deposit. We also provide a portable credit card machine for your convenience.
